Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Any projects or improvements that will impact the exterior of the building or the site require approval before work begins.


Once the submittal is deemed complete, (meaning the application, review fee, plans and specifications, reports, etc. have all been received in the office) the Committee will provide a Notice of Committee Action within 30 days.


The Committee's meet on the second Wednesday of each month.  Submittals are due by noon on the first Wednesday of the month to be placed on the agenda.  A pre-submittal meeting with staff is required.  Not all projects/improvements go before the full Committee.  Please contact staff at noca@accdcc.org to discuss your proposal.


At this time, the only form of payment accepted is a check.

Denver Tech Center & Meridian Committee Members

Mr. Lee Dehmlow, Chairman 

Mr. Dehmlow is a Development Manager with Shea Properties. He has 35 years of experience in the building industry, spanning commercial, institutional and residential sectors, including both project and management roles in construction, architecture, and project development. 


Mr. John Kilrow 

Mr. Kilrow is a Senior Vice President with Shea Properties with over 30 years experience in commercial development. His background includes extensive involvement in architectural design reviews and covenant administration primarily associated with Shea’s various commercial and residential communities. 


Mr. David Daniel, AIA 

Mr. Daniel’s expansive design portfolio includes institutional, civic, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and multi-family residential projects. His tenure at Davis Partnership has been built on his previous experience as the Director of Design at two of the city’s most renowned design firms and has afforded him the privilege of leading the design on many of the region’s most recognized projects. Mr. Daniel finds his satisfaction in successful multi-disciplined team efforts of well planned, designed, and executed projects that stand the test of time from the largest master plans to the smallest constructed detail. 


Mr. Robert Couri, PLA, ASLA 

Mr. Couri is a practicing Landscape Architect with over 35 years of award-winning project experience.  He is principal/owner of Britina Design Group, a Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Land Planning firm.  Britina’s extensive and diverse portfolio focuses on both private and public projects, including affordable and market rate housing, mixed-use, commercial, retail, and medical developments, downtown redevelopment, transit, parks, open space, and urban agriculture. 


Mr. Eric Vogel, AIA 

As a Principal and Director of Design at MOA, Mr. Vogel leads MOA’s team of architectural and interior designers. He is involved in the design of nearly every project worked on by the firm, leading many of them from initial program planning through every stage of design. He works through potential issues with his team and provides input on alternative design and planning strategies. Mr. Vogel leads a design process rooted in collaboration, seeking to understand the perspective of every project stakeholder, and integrate these ideas into the final design. 


Mr. Ron McDaniel, P.E.

Mr. McDaniel’s extensive background includes 10 years as a General Contractor, 4 years Consulting, and prior to his retirement, 28 years as the design construction lead Senior Vice President for Shea Properties/ DTC. His experience includes numerous multifamily buildings, dozens of corporate and speculative offices, and many industrial and specialty projects, throughout Denver and elsewhere.  Mr. McDaniel’s Engineering background, coupled with both his Construction and Development efforts, provide him a unique perspective as a member of the ACC/DCC.


Mr. Terence Quinn

Mr. Quinn is the Director of Community Development for Douglas County. He serves as an associate member on the Committee.
